Data Deletion Instructions

If you are a customer who messaged a business that uses Quivio

1. Send the words "delete my data" (or "احذف بياناتي") to the same WhatsApp number you messaged, or email admin@quivio.io from any address, quoting the WhatsApp number you used.
2. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and delete your conversation history, bookings and orders linked to that number from Quivio's systems within 30 days. Records the business must keep by law (for example invoices) are kept by the business, not by Quivio.
3. You receive one final confirmation message; after that Quivio holds no personal data about you other than a deletion log (a hash of the number and the date).

To stop messages without deleting your data, reply "stop" / "وقّف" to the business's number, or block it. Reminders and any other messages stop immediately.

If you are a Quivio Client (business)

Email admin@quivio.io from your registered owner address. We export your data on request and delete your account, all conversations, bookings, orders, menu and settings within 30 days of termination.

Facebook / Meta login data. Quivio does not offer Facebook Login and stores no Facebook profile data. Data received through the WhatsApp Business Platform on a Client's behalf is covered by the instructions above.
